Cancellations? Cancellations?! Why would you want to cancel anything!? In the rare, unknown case of cancellations or order changes of any kind, please, please, please contact our customer service team immediately. Since we’re being honest with each other, we are unable to cancel orders that are in transit AKA have left the warehouse or point of departure and are on their way to you. We can also not return any product that has been assembled which was shipped to you unassembled. In situations where we could not make any requested changes before your order was processed, shipped and/or assembled, it is possible that you can return the product, however a restocking fee may apply. For all orders with custom elements (fabrics, finishes, etc.) you will probably be required to accept the delivery if you did not make preparations to cancel it within 72 hours of placement.
